Edmonton travellers gain new access to Los Angeles and beyond, with a daily non-stop to LAX
(Edmonton, AB) – American Airlines announced today that it is expanding its service from Edmonton International Airport with a new, daily non-stop flight to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) beginning October 2, 2014.

The new flight also opens connections to additional flights with American's partners that also fly out of Los Angeles, including British Airways, Iberia, Qantas, Japan Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Cathay Pacific and LAN. American Airlines also offers access to the unworld® alliance global network of almost a thousand destinations in more than 150 countries.
The new daily non-stop service will operate as a US Airways Express flight with a two-class Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft that seats 76 passengers, with 12 First Class seats and 64 Economy seats. The flight will leave Edmonton at 7:25 am and arrive in Los Angeles at 9:49 am. It will leave Los Angeles at 5:45 pm and arrive in Edmonton at 9:56 pm. Note: flight times may be subject to change.
This flight marks the second American Airlines service from Edmonton, following the launch of a daily non-stop flight to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) in April 2014.
